Substrate Effects and Transfer Optimization of Janus WSSe Monolayers
This research investigates substrate effects and transfer optimization of Janus WSSe monolayers, a two-dimensional transition metal dichalcogenide (TMD). The study compares transfer methods while evaluating optical responses using Raman spectroscopy and photoluminescence (PL), aiming to identify conditions that preserve material quality for semiconductor applications.
