Design of Mixed-Signal Circuit Board for RRAM (Resistive Random-Access Memory) Crossbar Testing

Memristors are newly utilized devices that hold variable resistances based on input voltages. This unique characteristic allows for a faster, more power-efficient implementation of the dot-product computation compared to traditional digital circuits. Placing these memristors in a crossbar array, dot-products of multiple vectors can be computed, creating an improved methodology for one of the most integral calculations in machine learning algorithms.
