Robot Artist

The research question states how we can extract data on an artist’s artwork – mark-making methodology, in order to recreate the original art using a robot. The researcher studied digital mark-making tools used by artists to obtain the required data. He also studied how robots are controlled – their dynamics and software. He concluded that recording the digital mark-making in the form of vector graphics would be an efficient way to recreate the original artwork as vector graphics stores the path – stroke of the mark-making tool, which can be converted into a language that robots understand.
