Enhancing Single-Cell RNA Sequencing Analysis for Neurodegenerative Disease Research

Health icon, disabled. A red heart with a cardiac rhythm running through it.

This research aims to advance single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-Seq) analysis to deepen understanding of neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and ALS. By developing novel algorithms and analytical pipelines, the project focuses on identifying disease-specific biomarkers and elucidating biological pathways. Enhanced scRNA-Seq techniques promise to refine diagnostics and treatment, contributing significantly to neurodegenerative disease research by offering detailed, cell-level disease insights.
