Drone Security

The objective of the research project is to determine if an IR camera is capable of being mounted on a standard off the shelf DJI Spark drone. The first experiment will be to design and fabricate a housing to mount the hardware to the drone. The next experiment will have the IR camera system mounted while the drone is statically hovering to see the difference in the power draw. The goal is to help security forces utilize a cheap drone platform that can have an IR camera system attached to achieve mission objectives.
