Next-Gen Immunotherapies: Analysis of Large TCR Repertoires to Create a TCR Cluster Framework Using the catELMO Embedding Technique

The proposed approach stands to make notable strides in the realm of immunogenics. By harnessing public clusters and leveraging latent space embeddings, intricacies posed by vast immunome datasets are tackled, which offer structural comparisons that surpass the capabilities of traditional sequence-based approaches. Additionally, through a meticulous examination of various distance metrics, clustering techniques, and noise mitigation strategies, the study seeks to enhance the precision of biocomputational techniques. This effort is in tandem with the overarching goals of progressing productivity in healthcare.
