Comparing Lithium- and Sodium-ion Battery Degradation at Extreme Temperatures

The objective of this research is to analyze the behavior of lithium- and sodium-ion cells cycled at slow rates in extreme temperatures because cells tend to malfunction in said conditions. The research is performed through a characterization process, analyzing the capacity and charge curves for both cylindrical and coin cells.
