Enhancing 3D-Printed Elements with AR Glass Textile Reinforcement

3D-printed concrete faces challenges of weak interlayer bonding and cracking. This research explores incorporating alkali-resistant glass textiles in 3D-printed elements, placed horizontally between layers and vertically between the filaments. Flexural and potential compression tests will assess the reinforcement’s effectiveness. By enhancing interlayer adhesion and mechanical performance, this research aims to optimize textile reinforcement strategies for stronger, more durable 3D-printed concrete.
