Autonomous Car Capable of Navigation and Interaction with Other Vehicles

The goal of this research project is to apply different model discrimination techniques (passive and active) to a pair of autonomous cars to create a “real-world” simulation to test how optimal and robust each of the techniques is while identifying the intentions of the other car. This research presentation is focused on the application of active and passive model discrimination techniques and the initial setup of the autonomous cars and sensors to be used in the future of the project next semester.
