Active Matrix Memory Module

The objective of the research was to find an efficient, simple and cost-effective way of performing beam steering of an antenna array. Creating a prototype of the active matrix memory module on a breadboard showed the possibility of this simple design. The simulations of the antenna array have shown promising results at the specified frequency. The future work will require the fabrication of the printed circuit board with the antenna array as a single unit.
