Integrating a Combinational Antisolvent and Gas Quenching Technique for Large-area Perovskite Solar Cell Fabrication
This research focuses on the large area deposition of perovskite films for solar energy generation. Through a combinational quenching method utilizing both antisolvents and dry air, the blade coating process is improved and results in high-quality thin films over a large substrate area. The quality of the obtained films is analyzed through optical microscopy, steady-state photoluminescence spectroscopy, and transmittance measurements. This dual quenching approach aims to improve the crystallinity, uniformity, and optoelectronic properties of perovskite films. This work paves the way towards large-scale manufacturing of perovskite solar cells, making them more viable for commercial applications.
