The objective of this project was to dynamically model the migration of MDA-MB-231 cells within co-culture group as well as in the presence of antifibrotic drug Tranilast and chemotherapy drug Doxorubicin, using Delaunay triangulation. The micro engineered devices have been manufactured using soft lithography techniques, and drastic differences have been observed with regards to tumor cell migration across the various experimental conditions. Future studies should be conducted to more accurately characterize the migration patterns of tumor cells using different analytical techniques, and further elucidate the migratory tendencies of tumor cells across different experimental conditions.
