The WE19 conference is the national Society of Women Engineers conference held every year for both collegiate and professional members. There are a variety of events that go on throughout the three-day conference, including the world’s largest engineering career fair, technical skill sessions, networking events with companies, outreach events, and student competitions. It is a chance for young women to connect with experienced professionals and grow their leadership and career development skills, all while exploring what their future has in store for them.
