Secure and Resilient Access Management for Distributed Intelligent Computing Systems

Security icon, disabled. A blue padlock, locked.

This project explores methods to improve the security and resiliency of distributed computing systems, such as the Internet of Things, against cyberattacks. Building on previous work, it uses the Secure Swarm Tool (SST) and decentralized authorization entities (Auths) to manage secure communication between devices. Simulations are conducted using LXC containers and the ns-3 network simulator to evaluate system behavior during attacks and recoveries. This approach could enhance the reliability of distributed systems and be extended to enable secure use of AI agents in dynamic environments.
