Metasurface Simulation

Metasurfaces have gained significant attention for their ability to manipulate electromagnetic waves, enabling applications in beamforming, sensing, and wireless communication. This project presents a MATLAB Graphical user interface designed to simulate and visualize electromagnetic wave propagation and reflection from a metasurface. Users input wave angles or positions corresponding to antennas directing signals toward a metasurface. The GUI then generates vector field representations of both the incident and reflected waves, providing insight into near-field and far-field behaviors. This visualization tool serves as an educational and research aid, helping researchers analyze wave interactions and optimize metasurface configurations for improved beamforming performance.
