Material Performance Testing for Blister Packs for Microfluidic Point-of-care Systems

This project explores varying materials to create custom-designed blister packs for a point-of-care (POC) microfluidic device. It seeks to optimize the liquid transfer of reagents from blisters to the device reservoirs by using best-performing materials. To quantify material performance, each of the blister packs will quantitatively be analyzed for the percentage of reagent successfully transferred into device reservoirs and assess how blister pack design influences reagent release.
