Low-Cost mSLA-Based Nanolithography Machine for Semiconductor Manufacturing Education

With the rapid growth of Arizona’s semiconductor industry, there is a critical need for hands-on training to equip technicians and engineers with essential fabrication skills. Existing training tools are costly and inaccessible, contributing to a shortage of qualified personnel. This project aims to develop a low-cost nanolithography machine, enabling trainees to gain practical experience with photolithography processes. By providing an affordable, scalable solution for semiconductor education, this system will help bridge the workforce gap and better prepare individuals for careers in semiconductor fabrication.
