Effects of Wearable Exoskeletons on Human Thermophysiological Response
This research project aims to investigate the effects of wearable exoskeletons on human thermophysiological response. Both a stationary and a walking condition will be tested to represent different activity levels. The primary objective is to gain a deeper understanding of the heat and mass transfer mechanisms of exoskeletons to help in the design and development of wearable devices with optimal thermal comfort. The study will be conducted using Arizona State University’s state-of-the-art thermal manikin, ANDI, inside a climatic chamber with a controlled thermal environment.
