Beyond CRP: FeNO and RDW as Complementary Biomarkers Linking Sleep Health and Inflammation

Data icon, disabled. Four grey bars arranged like a vertical bar chart.

Sleep health is closely linked to chronic inflammation, but prior studies have focused mainly on C-reactive protein (CRP). Fractional exhaled nitric oxide (FeNO) and red blood cell distribution width (RDW) offer complementary accessible markers capturing airway and systemic inflammation, respectively, providing a fuller view of sleep-related pathophysiology.
