Applications of Robot Concept Invention in Novel Indoor Environments

Robots struggle to solve diverse tasks in new environments. This research project addresses this challenge by developing an autonomous robotics system capable of solving tasks in novel indoor environments. The project focuses on the development of a 3D modeling environment, software to enable robots to interact with this environment and integrating it with a task and motion planning framework. To enable the robot to learn to solve complex tasks from small batches of simple demonstrations, the project will use the robot concept invention framework.
