Aircraft Performance and Propulsion Data Acquisition

Energy icon, disabled. An orange lightning bolt.

Analysis of propulsion efficiency and aerodynamic performance is not typically done for small scale aircraft in flight conditions. Determining such performance can influence design changes for the airframe and propulsion systems to deliver the best results for a given aircraft. The performance and efficiency of these systems can be determined by integrating custom and procured sensors into one system to monitor key characteristics of any flight. Implementing these devices provides valuable insight into the real-world performance of an aircraft and propulsion system to verify and improve a design.
