AI-Powered Adaptive Robotics Arm for Enhancing Elderly Independence

The increasing elderly population presents challenges in maintaining independence and reducing reliance on caregivers. This research focuses on developing an AI-powered robotic arm that adapts to individual user habits, assisting in daily tasks such as picking up objects. The robotic arm aims to provide a user-friendly and intuitive solution for elderly individuals with mobility limitations. Through iterative testing with elderly participants, the study will evaluate the arm’s effectiveness in improving autonomy and reducing caregiver dependency. The findings will contribute to the advancement of assistive robotics and their role in enhancing the quality of life for aging populations.
