Kookjin Lee is an assistant professor in the School of Computing and Augmented Intelligence. He studies scientific machine learning, an interdisciplinary area including deep learning, computational physics and applied mathematics. In particular, he is interested in deep learning for dynamical systems and spatiotemporal process modeling. One of his papers has been recognized as one of the best cited papers in a premier computational physics journal in 2020.
