Ayoub Daliri

Ayoub Daliri is an associate professor of Speech and Hearing Science at the College of Health Solutions. Dr. Daliri researches neural processes of speech planning, production, and motor learning. He uses a combination of acoustic, electrophysiological, and computational techniques to identify and evaluate fundamental processes of speech. Dr. Daliri has developed a rigorous research program to systematically investigate various aspects of stuttering, a speech fluency disorder affecting 1% of the general population. Dr. Daliri's long-term goal is to develop effective and optimized treatments supported by theoretical, neurobiological, and behavioral evidence.
